You are just as bad as Shannan when it comes to enabling!! You know how yesterday I said I would resist the Neo itch as long as possible? Well it turns out that "as long as possible" actually means less than 24h!! I just PMed the great enabler

Note to self: I will not think about the dens, I will not think about the dens, I will not think about the dens.......

Sandy, check around for prices before your order a neo from Cal Orchids. Some of their neos are more expensive than Jason's or Glenn's. Plus they don't have the vast varieties of Neofinetia.

Kavanaru & Shakkai, I'm starting to question whether or not my Akebono has ruby roots since Shakkai's Akebono has the normal roots. When I unpotted my Akebono to remound it in new moss, the roots inside the moss were a bright purple, pink color. They looked very different from the other ones I have with the red roots. One of the aerial roots on my Akebono is starting to grow again right now and it looks to be a very dark purple. I'll put up a photo when it's more visible.

I'm anxious to find out what kind of paph and phrag I'll end up with on Friday.

Camille, I have some Dend. monoliforme coming from Glenn on thursday. I'll put some pics up here and let you decide if you really "don't want to think about them" They are so little and cute. Most of the ones I'm getting are about 2 inches.

And what's even funnier is that I will be too! (And I know what the plants look like!) Must be some kind of disease - obsessive/compulsive orchid disease? ...

Shannan, I think these Japanese species are taking over my life. I don't even remember which varieties of Dend monoliforme I ordered from Glenn anymore on Monday. I don't think OCD gets much worse than this.

O - orchid
C - compulsion
D - disorder
