Growing my Neo in a glass vase

I only have one neo, but it is mounted. I have only had the plant for a couple of months, but I mist it everyday with worm tea and the roots are growing through the sphag. They are lovely roots with bright red tips--which kind of surprised me seeing as how the flowers are supposed to be pure white. I'll let you know in a few months how she is doing...

Neo's can have 4 different colors for their roots, which do not have any thing to do with the color of their flowers.
The 4 colors for roots are as follows
mud brown (light)
mud brown (dark)
green
ruby (red)

That's kind of disappointing--I was hoping for a pink tinge somehere. But I am really new to neos, so thanks for the info!

some have lavender-tipped roots, too
