If you can make the trip to Detroit, you have New World Orchids, one and 1/2 hour from there, and they are one of the best Neofinetia specialist in north america !!! (check their website New World Orchids Home Page). You can cross the border with Neofinetia without problems (max 50 plants, bareroots).
You may also want to check if Jason Fischer from OrchidWeb is coming to an orchid show in Ontario, I know he is coming to Vancouver regularely and has a lot of Neo too ! Maybe he can ship to Canada when he is here, you should email him (Buy Orchids and Orchid Supplies)
