Way to go Ross! You got the girlish pink one to bloom first!

This is DEFINATELY a little plant I will get one day. I'm like Camille and decided to get Sho Ten Nou first as well

Ross, do you have a closeup picture of the blooms? They look so pretty.
I have a feeling that I'm not going to hold out any longer and will have to get a Benisuzume from Shannan!

Roos, What beautiful, pink girlish blooms!

I am thinking, it's a good thing that you haven't yet noticed a pink bubblegum fragrance, course that could change.

I've got the Shutenno. For those of you who have it will be VERY pleased, don't you worry!

Camille: do go ahead and get whatever Neos. you really want from Shannon! She's got some beauties and she's CLOSE! She's been taking really good care of Glenn's show orchids and a bunch of them are in spike or bloom!

Camille, I asked Ross the same question! He's posted a close up photo in my thread http://www.orchidboard.com/community...tia-bloom.html

it should also be in his gallery...

The two plants that I have both have spikes starting, so I should have photos coming in a little while!

The slow-poke spike is now showing pink on the nectaries. That will extend the bloom a bit, I hope. Still no fragrance, but the color is worth having this little guy (excuse me, girl ). The project plant has a major spike (just one) and will probably be a couple weeks till photo time.

Not bubblegum, more like some perfume young girls would wear

I like pink flowers!

Ross, when you posted that I just thought instantly of you walking around with say a light gray or white t-shirt that proudly says:

I like pink flowers!

Sorry I couldn't resist!

p.s. I also might add that I think you have awesome taste and there is nothing wrong with liking pink flowers.
