One thing I've learned about these Neofinetias in my growing conditions, at least:

When you start seeing lots of new roots zooming out of the pot. It means they're not getting enough air circulation in the pot. . . check for root rot. This one was potted in sphagnum moss only.

I have repotted this one. . .I think it'll be happier now. Adding new photo to first post.
