Definitely need more. Mine only bloom in July, but they're outside. Under more controlled conditions, clearly they're capable of blooming at other times.

This one usually blooms in early-mid march. I seen the spikes starting then. It took its time since then.

my Neo blooms twice a year for me, grown indoors. I really like the variegation of the leaves!
