Aloha All,

I hope everyone is doing well and finding time to enjoy their plants. My Takara-Nishiki has been getting a bit wild and so I tried staking it, it's my first attempt, and really just trying to straighten individual fans (instead of having the aesthetic of the whole plant in mind). At this point 10 stakes doesn't seem like near enough.

How long do people usually leave them for?

Also, sorry about the upside down pic, I have tried to format it to go right side up, but the fix is eluding me.

If I'm just repositioning a leaf, I find that a couple weeks to a month is usually enough.

If I'm repositioning a fan or trying to tighten up the clump, I find that I need to keep the stakes in until new roots or new growths come in that help hold the fans in the new position.

Before uploading picture, reshape it if you can to either square or landscape.
