No, unlike yellow pigmentation, I've found that pink in any neo flower either stays the same or slightly lightens over the life of the flower after blooming.

I wish... think Jasmine and gardenias with hints of vanilla. Definitely see if you can find any Neo in bloom to smell, either at a show or by buying one. It's such a nice fragrance.
