I think my favorite Angraecoid ever was the magdalenae that I lost to some sort of infection (Angraecums can go very fast once something hits them). I raised it from a tiny seedling for about six years and finally had blooms! They were fragrant during the day, perfuming the room with an enchanting scent and even more so at night, perfuming the home. This lasted a little over two months. Six months later, more blooms. The second time it bloomed, though, infection set in after the blooms fell off.
I now am starting over with another tiny seedling....

I do have high hopes for my Aeranthes grandiflora. It is quite pretty out of bloom, in my opinion.
I also really like distichum (mine seems to be fragrant during the day????), leonis, didieri and the sesquipedale. I have not tried any of the hybrids, yet. Maybe someday....
