Default Angraecum newbie question

Please see the attached photo. What is the smaller structure a couple inches below the obvious bud and spur that are developing? is that another bud that is developing on the same spike

I cannot really tell from the picture but they usually have more than one flower per spike.

If it is on the spike and looks like a bud, I am guessing it is a bud.
