Angraecum distichum
IT FINALLY BLOOMED! I have had this little guy for a few years and it took me a while to get the culture right. I have had to keep it A LOT wetter than is usually suggested. anywho, I didn't even know it was spiking but I found this one little perfect bloom this morning. It seems to be turned the wrong way but oh well...
p.s. sorry for the crappy camera phone photo.

Mine is blooming also. I had a few booms a few weeks ago and another few now. The big show is usually in January.

Congratulations on your bloom! I've had one for a little over a year, and it has yet to bloom, but I'm really excited for that to happen. I placed it in a vivarium for about three months, where it wasn't terribly happy, so I just mounted it yesterday to see if it will go back to growing like gangbusters. We shall see!

Andre, yes i have. i find this little guy to be kind of persnickety at times, if it dries out completely i may loose a leaf or two. that's why i got so excited over one little bloom
