Fabulous! I have 6 of the smaller angraecoids and am thinking about getting more. This one is tempting!

I bought this plant in January and it's thrived outside in my backyard..it has a bud that's hopefully going to open soon. I didn't expect it to flower this time of year.

The flower it's almost as big as the plant! I bet it smells heavenly. I have a magdalenae. I swear that thing hasn't grown since I bought it. Is this one a good grower?

I personally have no experience with magdalenae, but its child (the one pictured here) certainly doesn't act like it. I've heard it's one of the harder angraecums to care for, requiring cool temps, consistent moisture, and a well draining mix. To top that all of, it seems to resent repotting just as much as A sesquipedale, making this one really tough to care for without a cool greenhouse.
