I don't grow this one but hopefully someone who does will give you the right advice. For culture, you could check Oak Hill Gardens Orchids web page as they give info on each orchid they sell and they do sell this one.
As for re-potting the orchid, some of the Angraecums don't mind being re-potted while others have a reputation for being very difficult once they have reached blooming size (they sulk or can even decline!) so these ones must be done more carefully. If this one is one of the more fussy ones, it will be important to soak the pot for about an hour before un-potting to make the roots very flexible, then to be very gentle (don't break the roots!) during the re-pot and, after being re-potting, keeping the roots dry for a few days to let them heal. Again, I hope someone who grows this can give you better advice. Good luck!
