I did lose one bud, but that still left 47

Some of the buds nearest the plant seemed to have trouble breaking free - one died, but the others eventually made it out.

Boy did the spikes take forever! I wasn't sure if it was a cultural issue with mine, but then I did read some other people posting about very slow growing Aerangis spikes, so I guess it's typical
And then the long spikes were hitting the window, and then once the buds started to open, every time I had to handle the plant for watering, the blooms from one spike would get caught up in the other
I haven't had this even a year yet, so we'll see how it does long term for me, but seems ok with the light and temps it's been getting at least.
