Don't know about 'best', but when I returned to orchid keeping after a LONG hiatus I realized I had not great desire to mix up custom batches of different mixes from raw ingredients.
The repotMe company appears to have done some research into potting up orchids in particular. I was pretty sure they would have an answer for you, to wit:
Potting Mix Guide–rePotme.
According to that chart, your orchid will do well in
this mix and I have no reason to doubt them. I personally don't find their prices eyebrow raising, but I am in a very different financial picture this time around.
If you are on a budget, you can't go wrong with Fir Bark and Perlite (Sponge Rock) in a 3:1 proportion. Fir Bark usually comes in small, medium and large size particles. Medium should work (3/4"ish sized pieces) Perlite the same or slightly smaller size. A few wisps of Sphagnum Moss if you feel like it.
Chances are good your plant came in a pot. I don't know how long you have had it but you should have had it for awhile before wanting to repot it. I would probably take advantage of the occasion to move it to a basket, or at least a pot with slots.
