Culture guidance for Crtn. Fesselli x Tube Niu Girl

I bought this little cutie yesterday from Parkside Orchid in Ottsville PA. Though not so visible in the picture it has another bud spike coming as well. Parkside is having their annual anniversary sale and we were driving by on our way back from Thanksgiving....

I've done a little research on its culture and learned moist but not wet, moderately bright light and cool to intermediate temps

Any other cultural advice? In my opinion, it is over potted and I plan to mount it. What would be good timing to transfer it to a small piece of cork slab?




I also bought B. Grand Stars, Epc Lime Sherbert x B. Little stars, both potted, and Sophtonitis cernua mounted on cork.
