Aerangis luteo-alba Rhodosticta. HELP!

I have had this Mounted Aerangis luteo-alba for over a year. It has barely grown, and has never bloomed. I'm not quite sure what the trigger is to get this orchid moving along ... but if anyone has one of these or has grown this Aerangis, give me a shout. I need some HELP with this one !

Can you give us some info on your growing conditions (light, water, temperatures, what it's mounted on/with)?

Also, check out this page: Orchid Species Culture - Free Sheet Index. Second link from the top is an excellent culture sheet for this species. I gave mine a drier summer as indicated in the sheet and now that I've increased watering it's showing new root and leaf growth.
