She's a beauty.
I just picked up a younger seedling of Plectrelminthus caudatus - obviously I don't have flowers yet, but I like the thin leaves and the plump roots.
Yours looks wonderful. If you've learned anything in growing it, I'd love to hear your advice.

They like high humidity, which they will thank with lots of root growth. I grow mine like a Vanda. Apart from this, the plant is very unproblematic.
