The plant will do well in a terrarium. Mine never flowered for me in the terrarium, but it did grow. I now have it out hanging below a lamp and closer to the windows where it will receive strong morning sun. The low humidity does not seem to affect it too much.

actually the low humidity may be the reason it hasn't flowered

Angcm. didieri
Here's my didieri. It is grown in medium-low light underneath the vandae. It is in direct line of the Jay-Bird fogger so humidity is high. There's also good air circulation. Fragrance on these babies is something!

Hi Tin, I bought this one from Andy's when we order the Project 4 plant it seem to be a slow grower but mine has started a spike about 3 weeks ago. I water mine everyday and it get around a average of 60% humidity and face's south.

What are the two plants you got? And how large are they?

Angraecum diderii
They are both fairly small. I'll get some pictures posted. Right now 1 is potted in a charcoal mix, the other is in transit.

So, would you recommend an enclosure? It would be the only way I could keep the humidity up. As well as as have it mounted instead of a pot.

Ok. I will move mine into another tank. WHere it is now, it wont flower. Not even in the summer when the humidity was high all the time did it decide to flower. I water it every morning.

I might be wrong, but your plant seems to have some mite damage.. (the white pits)

Not sure what you mean by enclosure. Our growing area (greenhouse) is 14 x 14 with 11 foot ridge. The fogger keeps humidity at about 75-80%; fans are moving air all the time. And because we grow mostly vandae, plants get 14+ hours of light a day (natural or hps). Night-time low temp is 60+/-; daytime 70-80 (winter months).
Hopefully someone that's been successful with angraecoids in terrariums will add their comments.

Thanks,
Thats kinda what I thought. No room for one of those at my house. By enclosure I meant a terrarium like tank, someplace where I could hang mounted plants.
