Eddie, I'm not sure how long the blooms of this hybrid should live. But both parents in its background, sesquipedale and eburneum, are known for having long-lived blooms unless they get pollinated (although I'm not quite sure who the culprit would be in the UK, especially at this time of year). It's strange that your angraecoids (including the magdalenae from your previous post) seem to be producing short-lived blooms. The plants look very healthy and happy, so I would just enjoy the flowers for whatever length of time they last.

Very nice. Perhaps there are some external conditions in your growing area that are not conducive to flower survival?
