Thanks Al I thought mine wasn't getting enough light actually, because in September it produced buds that I thought were going to turn into spikes, but these seemed to abort. These guys normally flower in October/November. I moved it to a brighter location (T5 lights) and blasted it for a few weeks and the spikes started growing again. Not sure if this is what triggered it, or whether it was just a seasonal thing. Important to note is that the new location was also a bit drier and warmer (normally I grow this under T8s in a tank..warm and moist but not too bright). I find it tricky to get the balance right actually - I've heard that with some of these species, too much light can actually inhibit blooming, which is counter-intuitive to everything I've learned about orchid growing, where most of the time, a non blooming orchid just needs more light. You might try to change the light a bit and see how it responds

Yep, been thinking about the light thing but also have read that they are summer/fall bllomers so I'm kinda torn between wait or change.

This is superb ... and it's growing on a mount!
I have Aerangis Mani's Star (biloba x citrata). It got chilled (almost frozen) this winter but survived. There are two new keikis and three inflorescences.
Will keep you all posted.
ITM, congratulations on your great growing.
