Default Jumellea confusa

I picked this plant up sometime this summer though I can't remember when - hung it on the back grod wall of the greenhouse where it receives East morning light and a fair amount of water. When I noticed that it started to set bud, I relocated this beauty to the Orchidarium and this morning, this is what I found...very fragrant and the flower is just too cool!

If you don't have one of these in your collection, you should consider getting one - very easy to grow and very rewarding!

Enjoy!

There's something mystical/supernatural about those flowers. I love them.

Is this the Jumellea they make tea out of?

I have no idea if tea is made from these...but if it is it should taste pretty good, the scent of the flower is sweet/spicy - truly a one of a kind...

Thank you everyone. It's been growing in my greenhouse all summer long - I just pulled it into my Orchidarium when it went into bloom.
