How do you grow your Angraecum sesquipedale/magdalenae?

Hi Dave,
I too have this one. I've had it for 3 years now, and it is growing reasonably well. Getting large, but still too young to bloom, I think. I have leaves that have yellow on them, some brown, some spots. It's not a pretty plant like yours. I've cut off anything that looked bad, and the plant is seemingly okay, but I wish mine looked less blemished like yours. It keeps growing new leaves every now and then, so I assume it's okay. Someone once told me that they tend to get like this, so I never gave it much thought.
After seeing yours, I wonder if these type blemishes on mine are okay. Thanks for the awesome pics.
