Mine had pretty bad rot too, starting on leaves and progressing to the crown. Thiomyl is a systemic fungicide, which should work quite well (H2O2 didn't because I'm pretty sure it has no effect on fungus/bacteria growing within infected tissue). Phyton is a systemic and cured my plant
Good luck! This one is a beauty. The good thing is, I've found that at least grandiflora is a decently fast grower (unlike my angraecum magdelanae which is having some rot issues and grows SO SLOWLY) so you should be getting recovery quickly. I'll see if I can upload some before and after pics for you at some point tomorrow - don't give up hope!
