One flower. One! Three spikes and all I got was one flower. The mites (I think it was) got everything else. They really know what to go after, don't they?

Sometimes life happens and I don't pay attention for a while. I think about four or five vandas didn't flower fully recently due to this infestation that I have under control now. Could have been a nice show, but not this time. Hopefully they'll try flowering again soon.

Bummer! Here's hoping that they're controlled for next time!

Mites are a real PITA. Glad to hear you have their population under control now. The one flower you did get is lovely, though.

Well, at least it's a great-looking flower. And you can still enjoy the scent, yes? This is a great vanda species to grow. Hopefully you'll have better luck the next time it blooms.

It smells lovely! One kind of perfume in the morning and a different one in the evening. Just great. My youngest one (1Y) seems to like flowers and plants too and is enchanted by it (the fragrance). Just keeps pointing at it
