too many cold nights is the vanda killer.

I learned once the hard way.

Next time I learn, it wont hurt so much.

Need to choose the right Vandas ... I have learned to appreciate the cold-tolerant ones. Start with V. Paki (V. cristata x V. tricolor). Tough as nails on both sides of the family.

Visually, purple is one of the most difficult colors to discriminate. It also has the strongest electromagnetic wavelength, being just a few wavelengths up from x-rays and gamma rays.
