Black spots on my Aerangis articulata leaves

I have had this aerangis articulata for over a year and when I went on holidays for two weeks I had my mother take care of my orchids but she did not water well causing many orchids to become severely dehydrated and when I saw my articulata I thought it was a goner as it had spots on the leaves, everything was bone dry and the roots were shriveled. It has been a while since my holiday and it is now growing well but the spots keep growing on the new leaves, the spots should normally not appear on the new leaves but they keep coming. The picture with the leaf with smaller and less spots is the new leaf and the picture of the leaf With larger and more spots is the leaf that was originally infected
