Very nice job. I wish that I had the room for a large tank.

This is an amazing build, a labor of love definitely! I hope you will post updates as the plants grow, thrive and flower. Very professional looking.

I too was an aquarium nut for years and actually have a few tanks that would be gorgeous if planted. My tanks were kept in our basement and the work involved was becoming too much. I have a 125gal that would be a great project.

Thank you for posting this, love it!

Pattywack, Thanks for the complement. It is interesting, I am hearing of more and more aquarist who have moved over to keeping terrariums and paludariums. I was always more an aquatic gardener than a fish keeper anyway so it seemed a pretty logical step.
I find them just as rewarding to keep and a lot less work to maintain, the electricity and water savings doesn't hurt either.

That is really amazing! I also look forward to seeing this as time passes and the plants get established.

I had a nice planted tank of fish once...now I just have a tank of orchids with a few ferns....

No problem, I found all the equipment from a YouTube channel in which he build this unit. I can’t remember which channel it was but here are the links for the equipment.

1Pc Brushless DC Cooling Blower Fan 12V 0.06A 50mm x 15mm 2 Pin Connector Black 733180806390 | eBay

3.5inch PC HDD CPU 4 Channel Fan Speed Controller Led Cooling Front Panel NE 827556055656 | eBay

5pcs 1Meter/3.28 Fts 3Pin Computer Fan Power Cable Extension Lengthen Wire 100cm | eBay

The fans are really quiet, but only time will tell how long they last
