I'll check through my tanks real quick and get a listing of things that are actively growing and looking well.
Sarcochilus ceciliae - needs special attention
Laelia lundii - needs high light, some special attention
Bulbophyllum alagense - easy
Epidendrum discolor - easy
Epidendrum porpax - easiest
Trichosalpinx chamaelepanthes - What a name, well this guy is actively growing in ONE tank, and not growing in another tank with very similar conditions, I'm listing it because it is doing very well in one. I split this guy up into 4 areas, 1 is doing very well, 1 is there taking up rent, 1 is slowly dieing, 1 is dead.
Epidendrum polybulbon - easy so far
Soph cernua - needs high light
Dendrobium prenticei - good choice
Epidendrum congestoides - needs some attention
Bulbophyllum pardalotum - can get a little large, and rambly
Zootrophion atropurpurea - little large for a vivarium but is growing well under low light right now. Really odd
Pleurothallis brighamii - very nice plant, grows and flowers under lower light levels. Can take a bit of abuse
Dendrobium torresae - tiny
Ceratostylis philippinensis - don't want to type that name again, a good plant to place by a fan, mine seems to love the airflow and drying out. Good plant so far.
Diplocaulobium aratriferum - so far so good
Diplocaulobium chrysotropsis - so far so good
Sedirea japonica - yep yep
Dendrobium rigidum - medium light seems right
Pleurothallis grobyi - mine is 1.5 inches from 2 T5HO lights (daylight and the blue bulb, can't recall the name) and is growing like crazy, very nice plant and tiny too. No flowers or spikes yet thou.
Bulbophyllum sessilis - moving along nicely so far
Stelis barbata - very nice little guy, I've treated this one pretty bad and its alway rewarded me with flowers. Its been divided a few times and is about ready for its next split. Its been under low and medium light. Flowering under both.
Bulbophyllum lasiochilum - mine are very rooty
Haraella retrocalla - Yep yep covered I'm sure
Denchilum wenzelii - growing fine and flowered once under medium light
Gastrochilus matsuran - click here
IOSPE PHOTOS go WOW and get one!
Dendrobium cucumerinum - tiny, mine are in medium light
Stelis morganii - currently mounted to a swamp stick as an experiment, growing nicely
Pleurothallis luctuosa - thought it need some special attention, then I put it in my junk vivarium and ignored it. Its growing like mad.......
Scaphosepalum fimbriatum - flowered and growing, low light
Epidendrum longirepens - earning there rent
Bulbophyllum inunctum - large for a vivarium, but I got ahold of 2 1 bulb plants and returned them as 2 2-3 bulb plants under low light. Can't say for long term, but they did well for about 6 months
Thats enough typing for now
. Hope this is helpful.
