Exo Web terrarium questions !

Hello!

I'm a complete newbie here, so please be gentle with me

I am in the process of setting up a terrarium and have been recommended Epiweb II kit for an ExoTerra.

I just about understand that the back board will be watered by the pipe and pump, but for those who uses this system, please could you tell me how long you run the pump and how often?
Also, do you also use a misting system for other plants and for the base?

I'd like to use LED lighting, so does anyone have any recommendations for lights (UK based), and what size of panel would be best for a 45 x 60 x 45 exoterra?
