That's Drosera adelae that's etoliated. It's the least light-demanding Drosera, but it needs more than you're giving it (Assuming you've had it for a while. If it's newly aquired, then it's not unusual for those plants in the cubes to be etoliated.)
Very easy, fast growing species that spreads prolifically via it's root offshoots. If you can get it to flower, you can expect a beautiful scape of red, star-shaped flowers. Does best in pure LFS (the stuff it came in looks like it needs replacing) or LFS and perlite.
