Default Bought cuttings of terrarium plants

Last weekend was the Predators Reptile Expo in Mesa, Arizona, an eastern suburb of Phoenix. It was very well-attended.

Among the vendors was Tim Bishop, selling plants and cuttings of plants for terrariums. He had a lot of shingling plants as well as other things. Somebody bought the last Macodes petola before I could get it, but I did buy four things.

From top left, clockwise:
Rhaphidophora hongkongensis
Ruellia makoyana
Philodendron Burle Marx Fantasy
Microsorum linguiforme

Tim's contact is xerophyte77@gmail.com . He just sold his half of a nursery and is ramping up for terrarium plant sales. He will have a plants list for E-mailing soon.

Our local herp society, the Arizona Herpetological Association, has an educational display of all our native rattlesnake species, and some others as well. Various members keep the animals, and bring them together to display at reptile shows. Kids can get right up and nose to nose with a Crotalus through the plexiglass box. Our society has an educational license from the State of Arizona to keep the protected species.

I can't help but wonder how you find the time, and have the intellect, to pursue so many interests. I'll presume that you have at least an amateur interest in herpetology as well as in orchids? I've always had an interest in snakes, and other reptiles, but wives and snakes have never been able to co-exist in my life. Our local orchid nursery, Peach State Orchids, has a couple of huge, healthy, absolutely beautiful iguanas.

Somebody once told me they got exhausted reading my Christmas letter. I've been interested in nature all my life and have been reading about nature all my life.

I have friends who won't come into my house because I have snakes. I have one friend who won't come into my house because I don't have a TV. He can't go anywhere ESPN is not constantly on TV.
