Spraying is the only way I have ever watered plants in a vivarium. It sounds though, like your plants can be removed from the terrarium at any time since they are in a pot. That might be the better option for you if you have no way of dealing with accumulating water at the bottom of your terrarium. Does your terrarium have a drain or a way to pump the excess water out?
