Terrarium Light Suggestions

Hey guys! I'm trying to turn my 20 gallon tank into a terrarium for medium light orchids. My two Restrepias are suffering in my low humidity and I need to set up one for them to survive. I already have a fan in mind and two different cover choices and I'm getting egg crate soon. My main concern is light and I can't seem to find one that is efficient, cheap, and safe. Any suggestions please?

I bought a 2ft T5HO light fixture from a friend who was getting rid of most of her orchid collection and will probably use it someday for a terrarium set up with the two ten gallon tanks. Currently, the tanks are housing my daughter's hamsters.
