What size Exo-Terra do you use?
Hi all.
I've been toying with getting an Exo-Terra for some of my orchids.
What size do you have?
Thanks and cheers.

I have the 24 x 18 x 18. Its got enough room for my various masdies and pleuros, and I can hang mounted cool growers on the sides.

I have the 18 x 18 x 24 inch. That is the largest size that was available to me without having to pay for shipping, and I got a killer deal on it as well since it was being clearanced out at the store. If I could have gotten a larger one I would have, and I would have gotten the largest possible, because there is never such a thing as enough room!

That's what I've been thinking, just like greenhouses and aquariums, you can never get one big enough. Only problem is where do you put a 36 x 18 x 24 terrarium?
Cheers.

You can fit a lot in the small one if you choose correctly...there are 9 in here with plenty of room still available!

Do you find that bar across the lower 1/3rd annoying at all?
I'm trying to chose between the 18x18x24 and a Oceanic reptile tank. It has screen doors on the sides.

I would think you'd want the lower third enclosed like that to hold a bit of water if you'll be watering or misting without taking everything out to water each time.
Also, everyone seems to stay away from the screens. Many other Exo-Terra posts discuss replacing the screen top with glass to reduce the evaporation and keep the humidity up.
Cheers.
