I have an Bulb. Putidum "Fascinator" that I purchased off of the web. I have had it a while (about a year) and it hasn't bloomed. I was thinking of a small-mid sized glass ball terrarium. similar to what they used for air plants with a small amount of rock, some fir bark and pillow moss as a media. in an east window, or near but directly in a south window.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I don't think a terrarium would be a great fit for this plant. They need air movement. Bulbos do like a lot of water, but as far as how one gets enough to them, I'm not an expert. I just know that terrariums seem to keep them too wet and the air is too stagnant. You'd need to put a fan inside your terrarium.

Is this a cross between putidum and Fascinator?

I have a Bulb. putidum and also a different one, Bulb. Fascinator. I grow my putidum mounted with natural moss on it and it gets watered daily.

The Fascinator is in a net pot, sitting in water and they both get Catt light.

Here is the putidum

I decided to pack some spagh into a small wooden basket that I had for my vanda, and placed the plant in that. I only have to water it every 3 days or so... or so I'm guessing from it"s current moisture level
