Cool growing 'orchidarium'

Upgraded my small cool growing tank to bigger one.

Tank size: 80cm x 40cm x 45 cm (wide x depth x tall).
Lighting: 20 x 1watt 6500K LED with lenses.
Cooling system: my old 90lt refrigerator, 60watts.
Air circulation: 3 x 3inch PC fans (2 inside a refrigerator : 1 for circulation, 1 for pushing cool air into the tank), 1 inside the tank for drawing cool air from 'air duct' and inside tank circulation.
Tank temp.: Day about 18-20C, night 13-15C. (ambient temp. day about 26C, night 22C)
Humidity: 70-85%

Very nice! Did you make the "tank" by yourself? It doesn't look like an aquarium tank. Are you using stylofoam or something to insulate the tank? Are you controlling the temp with a thermostat or is it controlled by the temperature setting of the refrigerator?

Hi Naoki,
I bought 80x40x45 glass aquarium and cover it with 5cm styrofoam sheets for insulation. (especially bottom, left side, right side, and back)
For temp. control, for now still use the old refrigerator temp. setting.

i think we have the similar set up, but i am using freezer instead of fridge which can't lower down the temperature to 12 when ambient is 30-35 or even higher, and also i just made the orchidarium by styrofoam without glass. in my option, you 'd better using acrylic glass with has 3 times lower of the thermal conductivity.
