The fan is awesome! You might be ok with the humidity you have. Can you keep the lava rocks at the bottom wet or put them in a small bowl with water to increase humidity. My humidity is running about 45% to 65%, but my downstairs temps stay 80 or below. With that, my Aergs. punctata put out a new leaf and Haraella put out two roots and a bud. Upstairs, it gets into the 90s and I run the fan just during the day on a timer that shuts it off at night. Upstairs is an open space and you might need to run your fan longer than me and then shut it off a few hours late at night to let the humidity build back up. You can get an inexpensive timer for about $15.

Some more thoughts on ways to increase humidity. You might keep a layer of wet sphagnum moss on the bottom and/or hang Spanish Moss (Tillandsia usneoides) inside. Folks in your local orchid society probably have some extra of each they could give you.
