[QUOTE=orchideya;547925]I just put all kinds of heavy stuff in the corners, so it would keep the egg-crate in place.
Back left corner has heavy white cache pot to catch the water drips if there is condensation on the fan (I don't want any water on the bottom of the tank):

Back right corner has narrow tall heavy empty glass vase, just to hold the egg-crate:

Front corners have large clay pots turned upside down that serve as stands for larger plants and hold egg-crate too:]

This is very, very smart!
I'm still not quite sure how you're able to hold egg-crate walls upwards with so many things hanging on them - pots with plants and a fan? I would think the walls, even supported on the bottom, would collapse being just a plastic grid, basically? Obviously, I'm wrong and you found the way.
I truly appreciate your sharing if you can! Thank you so much!
Lilia

Great! I tried to run mine, it creates light breeze, I can see the leaves moving. I put it on the medium speed, not full though.
Do you grow your plants enclosed too?

There is nothing else really. The back wall gets supported by the first level of shelves, so it never collapsed and the side walls are supported with the things I listed in the earlier post.
Fan is hanging on the two walls - back and side, so the weight spreads on both of them, plus I have heavy white cache pot right under it.
Hanging plants are potted into plastic net pots with sphagnum, they are extremely light. Those clay pots with larger plants on the sides - are enough to hold them. The only problem would be - if I take out all larger plants on the sides at once, but I water them one by one as they get dry, so it didn't happen yet.

Saw your photos on Flickr, but appreciate the extra info here. Beautiful and well-grown plants.

No-I grow mine in the Kitchen, ( Eating Area)the Kitchen is the only Room with a Window ( 8'x5') that faces East. All other Windows are North .So they all sit on Shelfs ,under Lights. ( 115 of them ---- i know -Nuts) some on the Table- more Shelfs in a Corner-more Lights.......And Fans everywhere in the Summer.Right now i only got one Fan running .The Lights make it pretty warm on the Shelfs. So i think that little Fan be really good to hang in the Shelfs and get some Room.

Wow, your kitchen probably looks like jungle. I browsed your album with blooms pictures - they are gorgeous.

I have over 100 and they were all scattered around the house but majority was around huge south-east window. I have problem keeping humidity up, so I really needed an enclosure, for my phals at least.

Now I liked it so much that I got my family's approval on getting one more large tank for my vandas, catts and other what-nots. Now just need to get that huge glass box and second "production" will begin.

Thank you for the Comment on my Pictures.

I would like one of those Tanks too-i looked up the Link where you got yours-but it said pick-up only
Around here they have some- but tooooo small. They are more like a Fish Tank-I like yours a lot with the Doors. You did a great Job setting it up,looks absolutly fantastic.
I have a lot of phals too and they are not doing great because of the Humitity-- I have a Humitifer(spelled right ?)but does not help too much-still only 30/40% at most in Winter.

Yep, my humidity is about the same. Ok for catts, vandas and noId phals, but the named phals would always blast the buds. I kept them in humidity trays to keep the buds from blasting but it is pain since trays are too small.

For the tank you can look at your local classified ads website for used Exo Terra terrariums. If I didn't find my reptile tank - exo-terra would be my second choice. They can be up to 3 feet wide and high and have doors at front.
Although they are quite pricey new , but you probably can find a good deal on used one.
Something like this:
Exo Terra : Natural Terrarium Large / Advanced Reptile Habitat

Another thought: maybe local glass shop can make you one. My tank is just pieces of regular non-tempered glass glued together with some special silicone, it doesn't look as fancy as brand-named terrariums.
