Lightning.

Hey there and sorry for posting yet another ligtning thread. Yet i really need the advice from more experienced orchid growers.
I have come to the point where i need to make a real home for my orchids .. Especially my jewels orchids, where i now have a small collection with about 14ish different kinds. Mostly Macodes, Anoectochilus..etc..
But also a home for other orchids and broms.

I have decided on a 3'long 2'high and 1,5'deep glass terrarium.

Right now i am leaning towards a 4x39w t5 fixture and was wondering if that would be to much for the jewels?

Having to little light is irritating, having to much is a blessing ;-)

You can always raise the fixture higher over the cabinet and use the stray light to other plants outside the case if the light get to strong....

Cheers.. I will stick with that lighting then... Guess i could always make some shaded areas for the jewels if they show signs of burning.. thanks.
