What to do?? Ideas?

So almost a year ago I got one of these small terrariums. it does have open topes and the seams are not sealed. But I have only managed to buy a little peice of wood for it. I have not planted anything and I am not sure where to start. Everyone here has made some pretty awesome looking pieces so, I though I would ask for some ideas. I do live in canada though so space is limited. So faf the smallest plants I have are a den kingianum and two different baby cats.
SO Any ideas would be appreciated. I really like the idea of it having dimensionality and not just ground height but I do not know if or how it is possible:S

A lot of folks here grow orchids that require a lot of humidity in terrariums. I've seen people put Pleurothallids, masdevallias, draculas to name a few
