Handily enough, I just stumbled across
this list - things that are more on the tropical end will probably do well (many of the angraecoids and bulbophyllums).
You might also find

I imagine there are species that share that habitat with your snakes - you should be able to find out what they are and go for a more "biotope correct" vivarium if that strikes your fancy. Not sure where
Sarchochilus come from exactly, but that might be one area to look at.

Make sure the plants you like the sound of stay the size you expect, and watch out for nice small pleurothallids that will hate those high temperatures!
Oh, and remember that most orchids like air movement - small fans are frequently a "must" in humid environments - you'll need to make sure the animals can't inadvertently get into them though!
