What lighting to use for 10 and 20 gal terrariums?

Hello there,

I'm in the process of putting together two terrariums, one 10 gal (20x10x12) and the other a 20 gal (24X12X16); I purchased conversion kits from junglebox.net, so these will be placed on their sides. I hope to keep intermediate temp miniature Pleuros, so I would prefer light fixtures for the terrariums that don't heat up too much (if possible).

I am not at all knowledgable about lighting, wattage, foot candles, etc, thus any suggestions and tips are very much appreciated.

You might want to check out Ray's website, firstray.com, as he has quite a bit of information on lighting.

There are also some good threads I started in the Terrarium Gardening section where people explained some of the mechanics to me that you might want to check out.

I'm not the most technically inclined, but the information they gave me was perfect for my set up and it might help you to understand what you need.
