I'll be brief... getting ready for turkey day.
As far as lights, I've liked using CFL. They're cheap, easy, and give good light (use 6500k).
Heat, if your lights are within the tank, is not an issue. Heat from the lights will be circulated by your fan. If the lights are outside the tank, an aquarium heater will work. Better yet, a heat pad below the tank.
You should have little problem keeping humidity high if the tank is reasonably sealed.
As to air, lots of internal circulation is good. You can't really have too much air moving, as long as the humidity is high. Venting is another story. If you choose to draw air in, as I have in the past, use a 15 min. timer on your fan. It does not take much to dry the heck out of the tank.
Growing Odo. in a tank, may be tricky with warm growers around. Some speceis should be fine, others will undoubtedly tank at 80+f.
