Default Suggestions needed - stats inside

Hi all,

I have a new 36 gallon dart vivarium that I need to replace a dying plant in. I was thinking that an orchid would be perfect but I'm hoping someone could make some suggestions based on my criteria.

The plant that is dying is a maidenhair fern....it can't stand the bright light (55 watt CF)

It will planted in the ground in a well draining substrate well away from the top lights but still very bright. Temps range from 68 degrees before lights come on to 75degrees while lights are on. Humidity stays around 85-95 percent but there is air movement from a screened area at the top and I may add a fan if necessary.

I was looking for something that could live in such conditions that would be around 6-10 inches tall and fairly leafy (flowers obviously a plus).

Thanks for all your help!!

Maybe you can find a nice Phrag, or Cishwenfia pusillia. They like it wet though.

If its not bright enough, try Pluerothalis, Haraella (more than one) Bulbophyllums? All these like it wet/humid.
If its cool enough, you could try Masdevallias, Draculas, Porroglosums, Lepanthes, Restripias, there are a few more. But you can start researchind with those names, see which are good for you. I've never tried any of these myself except the Haraella, Masdevallia, and Cishwenfia.
Do you know how many footcandles you got in that spot?
