I know what you are talking about i got basically the exact same words from them when i e-mailed them and then i took some time and worked out the exact mesurements i wanted. granted the ventalation specs may have not been ideal but i assumed since they are used to making this kind of stuff all the time they could manage although the rest of the mesurements were exact but ill send you the specs if you would like to see them
