Terra Cotta Tube Terrarium Questions!

Hello! I just got my first two orchids...pleurothallis brighamii and ornithocephalis iridifolius! I am trying to set up a cool mini orchid terrarium but am TERRIFIED of killing this tiny things . Here are my questions...

1) I want to make a terra cotta tube terrarium but is it best to just have the bare tube or cover it with epiweb? Do i have water in it at all times? Do i need to water by another means with the tube filled?

2) Do I HAVE to have a misting system? Or is that just nice to have?

3) Where do you buy epiweb in the US?

I am really confused about how often to water orchids that are mounted on something...can anyone demystify this for me.
