i have some small phals in my orcidarium growing in pots - but want to do i more in style - hate the plastic pots they are in right now.

do any of you have some kind of suggestion on more natural pots, that maybee will fit my setup? like treefren or so

i grow my phals in spag in pots with slides along the sides my buttom is covered with cocohusk chips, have a few ferns inside and a buddas head to make it natural of some kind

Yes, plastic pots are quite ugly for a terrarium! Treefern pots would work, but I'm against them because a lot of treefern is wild collected, and when you buy some you don't know where it's coming from.
But as for natural looking pots, Erin Pottery in the UK has some awsome handmade, glazed clay pots! Each one is unique. They have a series of orchid pots, but there are also others that would work well (like the accent pots)

and also, i always been told that pots in ceramic were bad for orchids, is the right?

1 inch is 2,54cm. Or just google for a converter, they're easy to find.

Ceramic isn't bad for orchids, it's just different. Plastic holds moisture longer than clay does since the clay breathes a bit. So for moisture loving plants it means watering more, but in an orchidarium that isn't much of a problem. Your culture (light, temp, fert..) is going to affect the plants a whole lot more than the pot material. But I don't really find much of a difference between the two. For now I prefer plastic because it's lighter (I'm traveling between NL and FR quite a lot, so weight matters!)

I'm pretty new to orchids, so maybe this is a stupid suggestion, but would wood slat baskets work for phals in sphagnum? They would drain more freely, perhaps, so you might have to water more often.
