Default Ideal placement for a temperature/humidity gauge

Hi, I was just wondering where you all place your temperature/humidity gauge(s) for the best or most accurate reading... Thanks in advance. Barbara

I keep mine at the same level as my orchids because ,hot air rises cold air falls, meaning that there are different temps at different levels. I don't use a humidity gauge at this time

We just hooked mine up last week...we put it at about the halfway point in height of the room, attached to a cabinet I have in there so it's close to what the center of the room would be. This way it's not too close to the walls or windows either. The unit I have reads temp and humidity so it's just one piece in there.

By the way, hello Barbara and welcome to Orchidboard
I'm sure our other members would like to meet you...we have an Introductions forum where you can say hello

Thanks for the information! I might have to move my gauge...

I'll head over to Introductions and introduce myself; thanks for the welcome!
