Tindomul, looks like ebay is the place to get those foggers, thanks for that.
Becca, thanks for those links. I think I would like to go with the 6500k GE bulbs they seem like a fair price and I know what I am getting with GE brand. I am sure philips and sylvania are just as good. As for sticking with the mini's I can see what you mean already, with my impulse orchids sitting in there now a quarter of the space is taken.
Joseph, I checked out the photos on that thread. Thats a very nice setup, thanks for the link. Hopefully I make up my mind about this humidity issue, way too many options.
I just got back from the local hydroponic store and I asked the owner about the difference between the major brand lights and the cheaper ones I posted a link to. He said the cheaper ones won't maintain the high out put of light as long and that they will decline fast. It is my understanding thought that the GE, Philips, and Sylvania (OSRAM) are all of equal quality and that is why I refer them to the "major brands". You may also want to consider doing a mix of warm and cool colored bulbs, I am not good with the scientific stuff but if you read into other threads on lighting here it is explained why you want to mix the warm and cool colored bulbs. and not just go with a cool colored bulb. I understand the cool colored is for growth and the warm colored are for blooms (or maybe I have that backwards) but there is more to it then that then I can explain right now!

Thanks for your input Becca, I will have to do some more research on the mixing of the 2 color bulbs.
I went out yesterday to the local pet shop to look at waterfalls, I wanted to see the exo terra brand waterfalls and compare sizes. I had no luck and I forgot to pick up a temp/humidity gauge (the one thing I needed the most). I did however come home with 2 new orchid one is a NoID and the other is a Lc. Purple Cascade. The purple cascade has massive root rot so I cleaned it up and got into some new MG mix. The flowers smell really nice.
